For Your Business Bundle Terms

a) All values are representative values only. In some instances products may have previously, or currently be on sale at these prices. In some instances these are values that have been attributed to the product by the product creator.
b) Access to products is lifetime access unless determined otherwise. Lifetime access is in relation to the lifetime of the product and not the owner or creator of the product. If the product defines access for a limited period access to the product will be removed at the end of the stated period.
c) While every attempt will be made to honour the inclusion of all products advertised in the bundle in some instances the products may become unavailable. In this situation no refunds will be available however we will do our best to offer an alternative product of equal value.
d) Registering for the Regular Bundle or Purchasing the Premium bundle is an agreement and / or purchase between For Your Business Bundle and CatGetsSocial. This gives you access to the registration pages of the individual products within the bundle. You are bound by the terms and conditions of each individual product you register for within the bundle as per the individual terms and conditions of the business offering that product. You must fully abide by each individual's terms and conditions when registering for, accesing and using their product.
e) The organisers of the For Your Business Bundle and CatGetsSocial are in no way responsible for the actions of any of the individual contributors to either the Regular Bundle or the Premium Bundle. Any issues which may arise with an individual contributor should be addressed with them directly accordingly.

f) Any claims made within product descriptions are illustrative only and do not serve as a guarantee. These claims are made by the individual contributors of the products and are not made by either For Your Business Bundle or CatGetsSocial
g) You accept that you use any products within the For Your Business Regular Bundle or Premium Bundle entirely at your own risk. It is your responsibility to do due diligence and assess which resources are appropriate for you and your business. For Your Business Bundle and Catgetsocial are in no way responsible for any looses or harm incurred as a result of your use or application of any of the products within the For Your Business Bundle.

But, if instructor use HEVC compression, it's the instructor's responsibility to pay the royalties to the MPEG-LA, the owner of HEVC patents as appropriate.
