By accessing or participating in either of the directories on this site, you agree to the following terms:

1. Respectful Conduct

This is a collaborative, inclusive space. Discrimination, hate speech, harassment, or spam will not be tolerated. Anyone who goes against these standards - or acts in a way that violates my community values, beliefs, or general human decency - may be removed without notice.

2. Responsibility for Collaborations

All collaborations, exchanges, or connections made through these directories are entirely at your own risk. I simply provide the space to connect — I am not liable or responsible for the outcome of any arrangements, agreements, or communication between participants.

Please do your own due diligence before entering into any collaboration.

I do not personally recommend any of the listings included in the directories and the inclusion of any listing does not mean I endorse the resource.

3. Emails & Access

Access to the directories is password-protected. You must be subscribed to the directories mailing list in order to receive the current passwords and updates.

The email list connected to the directories will be used to send you updates on the directories, monthly passwords and other relevant information. It is entirely separate from my main email list a

You may unsubscribe at any time. If you unsubscribe your listing will be removed from the directory as you will no longer be an active member of the directory.
This list is separate from my main business email list, so unsubscribing from one does not unsubscribe you from the other.
If you'd like to be removed from the directories list entirely, just send a request — removal may take up to 7 working days.

4. Access Rules

Freebie Swap Directory: You must have an active listing in order to access this directory.
Speakers Directory: You may register for access even without a listing.
Sharing passwords or access with others is not permitted.

5. No Unsolicited Pitching

These directories are not a place to pitch your services, sell your offers, or cold message others outside of the collaboration context.

Any promotional outreach, service pitching, or irrelevant messaging will result in removal.

6. Listing Inclusion & Removal

You may request to have your listing removed at any time — please allow up to 7 working days for this to be actioned.
I reserve the right to decline listings or remove access at any time for any reason, especially if someone acts in a way that goes against the intent or values of the community.

7. Updates

Listings may be reviewed periodically, and access passwords are updated monthly. You’ll receive updates only if you are subscribed to the directories list.

8. Sharing of information

All information you submit via the application / registration form to be part of either directory will be shared publicly within the directory. Access will be password protected with passwords updated monthly, however you accept that these passwords, access to the directory or any information within the directory could be shared by anyone with access at any time. When submitting your application to be part of the directory you accept this could happen and any consequences that may arise as a result.

While I will do my best to keep access restricted by submitting your details you accept that I am in no way liable or responsible for any harm that may occur as a result of this information being shared and you submit this information to the directory entirely at your own risk
