By registering for the Navigating The Middle Years 2026 Bundle (hereafter referred to as "the Bundle"), you agree to receive access information for a collection of digital products created and provided by independent business owners (hereafter referred to as "Contributors"). These products are owned, managed, and governed by the Contributors, and their individual terms and conditions apply to the use of their products.
Access to these products is for personal use only. Redistribution, resale, or unauthorized sharing of the products or access details is strictly prohibited.
a) All values of the products included in the Bundle are representative values only. In some instances, products may have previously or currently been on sale at these prices. In other cases, these values have been attributed to the product by the respective product creator.
b) Access to products is defined as "lifetime access" unless otherwise stated by the Contributor. Lifetime access refers to the lifetime of the product, not the lifetime of the product creator. If the product specifies limited access, your access will be removed at the end of the stated period.
While every effort will be made to include all advertised products in the Bundle, there may be instances where certain products become unavailable. In such cases, refunds will not be issued; however, an alternative product of equal value may be offered.
Registering for the Bundle constitutes an agreement with The Bundle Community to provide access to the registration pages of individual products within the Bundle. By accessing and using any product, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the individual Contributor. You must fully abide by these terms and conditions when registering for, accessing, or using their product(s).
The Bundle Community and Cat Griffin act solely as facilitators to provide access to the Bundle. The products are provided "as-is" by independent Contributors, and we disclaim all liability for:
Use of the products is entirely at your own discretion and risk. It is your responsibility to assess and determine the suitability of the products for your personal or business needs.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Bundle Community and Cat Griffin from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use or misuse of the products, your failure to comply with these Terms, or disputes with any Contributor.
The organizers of the Navigating The Middle Years 2026 Bundle and The Bundle Community are not responsible for the actions, behavior, or conduct of individual Contributors. Any issues or disputes with a Contributor must be addressed directly with them.
Any claims made within product descriptions are illustrative and do not serve as guarantees. These claims are made by the individual Contributors and do not represent the views, opinions, or guarantees of The Bundle Community or Cat Griffin.
